Penelle

This is just a combo breaker for my little fan art streak... I just thought i needed to submit something original. So here's something, her name's Penelle (... i dunno where i came up with it, i think it sounds kinda stupid), and she's a junk food junkie ( and yeah i spelled 'potato' wrong on purpose). oh well, i just wanted to make some new characters, im gonna go back to work on my one piece fan art though, sanji's on the way.
